We successfully completed the shell construction and structural waterproofing of this 11-unit residential project in the center of Çeşme.
The reinforced concrete works—columns, slabs, and walls—were executed precisely in line with the structural design.
Waterproofing was achieved through a structural system using crystallized admixtures directly within the concrete.
This method ensures internal waterproofing by forming active crystals throughout the concrete mass, providing permanent and durable protection.
