4-Unit Residential Project in Barbaros – Structural Construction and Foundation Waterproofing

Located in the village of Barbaros in Urla, İzmir, this residential project consists of four individual units. The structural (rough) construction has been fully completed using reinforced concrete systems. Additionally, foundation and wall waterproofing works were carried out with high-standard materials to ensure long-term protection against moisture and water. The project complies with local architectural style and earthquake safety standards.
